Cathy Chuck, Board Member
Cathy Chuck was born and raised in Covina, California. She lived in Murrieta, California for the last 24 years where she raised her children. She had a collection of animals including, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, a cow, and the rest of the critters in California. Her daughter is an accomplished equestrian hunter- jumper. Cathy worked with a beautiful black wild mustang that was adopted from the BLM in California.
Cathy moved to Prescott in June 2015 with her husband Michael Chuck who recently retired from Los Angeles Fire Department after 35 years of service. She has been married for 28 years to her wonderful husband. Cathy and her husband have a daughter who is a Vet Tech and a son who is attending college in California.
Cathy was educated at California State University Fullerton where she achieved her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Marketing. She has also taken real estate broker classes in California.
Cathy has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She currently works at National Bank of Arizona as the Branch Manager at the Montezuma/Sheldon branch. She previously worked in business banking for 28 years as a client manager working with large and small businesses. She also was the specialist in the not-for-profit and government banking sector and covered two counties in California.
Cathy enjoys volunteer work. She is a member of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Prescott, Prescott Area Women’s Club and Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers for Chalk it up, Bowl for Kids for Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Prescott Area Shelter, and has a quarterly blood drive at National Bank of Arizona.
Cathy looks forward to the wonderful things that can be done here in Prescott by serving on the PWHF Board of Directors to provide scholarships to students, fund educational outreach, and raise the awareness of tourists and residents about Prescott’s unique western heritage.
