Patty ONeill, TreasurerPatti and her husband, Sal, moved to Prescott almost 4 years ago. They fell in love with the history, the people and the culture of Prescott.
Patti is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and is the managing partner of ONeill & Bergado, CPAs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and a Master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. She has worked with several nonprofit organizations over the years. Most notably, she held every position on the Board of Directors for Books Aloud, except Secretary during her 9 years spent on the board. She chaired their annual banquet fundraising event each year for five years. She also was Region Treasurer for the southwest region of GoldWing Road Rider Association for 4 years. She was responsible for tracking every dollar received such as for patches, training classes, dinners, lunches, raffles and registration funds. The southwest region of Goldwing Road Rider Association spanned 6 of the southwest states in the United States. Currently, she is the District Treasurer for Goldwing Road Rider Association for California. Patti is an active member of the Prescott Regulators and their Shady Ladies. She performs in skits depicting stories of the old west and acts as an advisor to the Treasurer in matters of budgeting, taxes and insurance. In her free time, she enjoys dog training. She has trained dogs in the disciplines of Schutzhund, agility, and search and rescue. Currently, she has Belgian Shepherds. She is currently training their youngest Belgian Shepherd for Obedience, Nose Work and Agility. |
